Job Title: Cover Supervisor

Location:

North West England, Greater Manchester, Manchester

Job Type:

Temporary, expected to work Part-Time hours

£100 - £120 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Supervise students in the absence of a teacher
  • Manage classroom behaviour and ensure a positive learning environment
  • Follow the school's policies and procedures
  • Assist with the implementation of lesson plans
  • Provide support to students with their learning tasks

Required Qualifications:

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Mathematics
  • Good communication skills
  • Ability to work well with students

Education, Experience, Knowledge and Skills:

  • Previous experience working in a school or educational setting is desirable
  • Knowledge of classroom management techniques
  • Ability to adapt to different learning environments

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Higher education qualification in a relevant field
  • Teaching Assistant qualification

Working Conditions:

  • Part-Time hours on a temporary basis
  • Work within a school environment
  • Potential interaction with students, teachers, and school staff

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
