Cover Supervisor
South Manchester

  • Flexible working hours - part time/full time roles available

  • Opportunity to earn a school contract through an introduction by Teaching Personnel

Teaching Personnel are seeking to appoint a number of professional and enthusiastic individuals to work across a number of our client schools in South Manchester. Duties will include supervising classes across all areas and faculties in the school and undertaking pre-set work in short term absence of Teachers. Working hours are flexible and you will be able to choose the volume of work you accept (1-5 days per week) through our online availability dairy.

The successful applicant will be responsible for supervising pupils and keeping them on task throughout lessons. They will act as a positive role model and will set high expectations of conduct and behaviour - ensuring that students are following the behaviour policies of each school. They will also be responsible for providing feedback to the absent teachers on the conduct of the lessons.

Previous education related experience is desired and knowledge of safeguarding is essential.

Our client schools are located in the Local Education Authorities of Manchester, Stockport, Tameside and Trafford and are highly reputable within Manchester for their academic success. This is an excellent opportunity to introduce yourself to a number of local schools and could provide you with the opportunity to earn a school contract through an introduction by Teaching Personnel.
