Functional Skills Tutor – ST16, Stafford

Location: ST16 2LZ, Stafford
Hours: Part-Time | Weekdays during school hours
Pay: £25–£30 per hour+

TP Tutors is looking for a dedicated Functional Skills Tutor to provide personalised 1:1 tuition to learners in Stafford.

The Role

• Deliver 1:1 Functional Skills English and/or Maths tuition.

• Plan lessons around each learner’s individual needs and abilities.

• Adapt lessons to support learners with SEN.

• Build confidence and support learners towards their qualifications.

• Monitor progress and provide feedback.

What We're Looking For

✔ Minimum 1 year’s UK teaching or tutoring experience
✔ Strong knowledge of Functional Skills English and/or Maths
✔ Experience supporting SEN learners
✔ Enhanced DBS on the Update Service or willingness to obtain one
✔ Right to work in the UK
