Teaching Personnel are currently seeking confident and pro-active individuals to join our team of dedicated cover supervisors. Our team work flexibly across a number of local client schools in Bury and the surrounding areas. We are looking to recruit a cover supervisor to start immediately following a registration with Teaching Personnel.  

  • Competitive pay with daily earnings of £84 - 95 per day.

Role responsibilities:

  • Relieve periods of staff absence and shortages by providing lesson cover across KS3 and KS4.
  • Assist students with the schemes of work provided and ensure that they remain on task.
  • Maintain excellent classroom practice by implementing effective behaviour management strategies.
  • Record attendance
  • Follow behaviour and child protection policies in line with school procedures.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
