The Role

As a Cover Supervisor, you will:

• Supervise classes of students aged 11–16 during teacher absences
• Ensure learning continues smoothly using pre-prepared lesson plans
• Encourage positive engagement and support students in staying on task
• Manage classroom behaviour in accordance with school policies
• Help maintain a focused, effective learning environment

• Experience working with secondary-aged students (no formal teaching qualifications required!)

• Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with learners
