Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver creative and effective lessons in line with the national curriculum

• Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment

• Track and assess pupil progress, identifying areas for development

• Work collaboratively with colleagues to plan and improve curriculum delivery

• Build strong relationships with pupils, parents, and the wider school team

• Contribute to extra-curricular activities and school life

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• A strong understanding of effective teaching practices

• A commitment to high standards and pupil achievement

• Excellent communication and teamwork skills

• A reflective and proactive attitude towards personal development
