Behavioural Support Worker

Location:

BD7

Job Type:

Permanent, Full-Time

Salary:

£90 - £110 Per day

Job Duties:

  • Provide support to students with behavioural issues in an educational setting
  • Implement behaviour management strategies to promote positive behaviour
  • Work closely with teachers and parents to develop individualised behaviour plans
  • Monitor and track student progress in relation to behaviour goals
  • Assist in de-escalating challenging situations and provide crisis intervention when necessary

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum of a Level 3 qualification in a relevant field (e.g. Education, Psychology, Social Work)
  • Experience working with individuals with behavioural challenges
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Education:

Level 3 qualification in a relevant field

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
