Job description

We are seeking a Teaching Assistant who are looking to take on the role of behaviour support. The role will look to start asap helping KS1, KS2. This role has opened up to look to improve the behaviour of students at a mainstream primary school, your role will be to support the pupils on a 1:1 basis who find it hard to stay on task in lessons and need help keeping concentration.

Behaviour Support Teaching Assistant - Successful Candidate Specification

  • GCSE or equivalent in both Maths and English
  • You must be caring and supportive
  • Must be willing to work hard, and go above and beyond for all
  • Strong knowledge of behaviour management will be key
  • Must have experience supporting Challenging Behaviour or in depth knowledge on this
