Behaviour Support Assistant – Old Trafford
Full-Time | 8:30am – 3:30pm
Are you experienced in supporting pupils with behavioural needs or looking to step into a role where you can make a tangible difference each day?
A school in Old Trafford is seeking a Behaviour Support Assistant to work closely with pupils who require additional support to manage their behaviour and remain engaged in learning.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Supporting pupils on a 1:1 or small group basis
- Implementing behaviour strategies set by the school
- Helping pupils regulate emotions and re-engage with lessons
- Assisting teachers in maintaining a calm and productive classroom
- Supporting during break/lunch to promote positive interactions
This is a hands-on, rewarding role where consistency, patience and strong relationship-building skills are key.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
