Due to an ever increasing amount of pupils joining the school year on year, the SENCO at our client primary school are looking to appoint a behaviour mentor to join them and support identified students on a 1:1 basis to ensure the students are not temporarily or permanently excluded from the school and can continue to be educated to a high standard.

• GBP65 - GBP90 per day, paid on supply initially with a view to a contract
• Working on a one-to-one basis ensuring students are engaged during lessons
• Supporting independent learning in the inclusion unit

• September 2020 start date

Located in the area of Hayes - connected by multiple train and bus services. Our client school is easily accessible from all areas of London, including having a large on site car park for staff.

Following their transition to a joint infant and junior school they are yet to be assessed by Ofsted, but have had an outstanding response from parents and staff for their opening and introduction of the school. Within the school there is a high number of SEN, EAL and challening students, they have dedicated members of staff that have built a strong rapport with them individually to help them grow in a number of different ways across the school. The school has focused on creating a safe and positive learning environment for all.
