Here at Teaching Personnel I have started to receive a high number of vacancies starting in September for Behaviour support workers within Secondary schools throughout Kirklees. My secondary schools are looking for individuals who can hit the ground running on a full time basis to help support across their behaviour teams and within their separate inclusions units.

I am looking for the following:

  • Experience of youth work - working with vulnerable pupils
  • A role model - Someone who can set an example
  • Team teach trained ideally - not essential
  • Interested in supporting challenging behaviour
  • A 'can-do' and patient attitude

If you feel you have the correct set of skills or are looking for experience as a behaviour support worker, then I want to hear from you. With a lot of opportunities across Kirklees including Batley and Dewsbury, now is the right time to apply and prepare for your next challenge in September.
