Behaviour Mentor Teaching Assistant

We are currently working in partnership with a Specialist Educational Needs’ School based in rural Cambridgeshire, to appoint a Behaviour Mentor/Learning Support Assistant. Your role will involve supporting pupils who have challenging behaviour and complex needs (Autism, SEMH, ADHD, Asperger’s, Learning Difficulties, and Dyslexia).

This position would be ideal for experienced Teaching Assistants, Care Workers, Support Workers, Sports Coaches, Ex-Military, Ex Police Officers, Youth Workers and Ex Prison Officers.

The well-established and supportive specialist school strives to provide a good quality of education for pupils with additional needs.  You are required to support and improve the learning and development of each child you work with, which is extremely rewarding. With a strong interest and previous experience, personal experience and/or knowledge of Special Educational Needs (SEN), the successful applicant will be a reliable and motivated individual, who is ready to start work as soon as possible.

Due to the location of our partner school, you will need a Full UK Driving License and Own Car.
