Learning Support Officer (Complex Needs SEN Unit)

Permanent | Catholic Primary School | Aintree, Liverpool

A Catholic primary school in Aintree is seeking an exceptional Learning Support Officer to join our Complex Needs SEN Unit on a permanent basis. This is more than a support role. You will:

  • Support pupils with complex SEND to access learning, develop independence and build confidence.
  • Deliver tailored interventions that promote communication, social development and emotional wellbeing.
  • Build trusted relationships with pupils, families and colleagues to ensure the best possible outcomes.
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive learning environment where every success is recognised and celebrated.
  • Work collaboratively within a skilled multidisciplinary team dedicated to outstanding pupil progress.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
