Who are Teaching Personnel?

We have specialist Primary, Secondary and SEN Branches, with each consultant dedicated to finding their staff their ideal position. We offer our candidates competitive rates of pay, starting at £50.44 per day for Teaching Assistant roles. For Long Term and specialist roles, including 1:1 behavioural positions, daily pay rates are higher. Teaching Personnel also have their own CPD Academy, with a range of free online courses and in-house training courses such as Team Teach and Moving & Handling.

Which Schools do we work with?
Teaching Personnel have a number of Schools that are on contracts and therefore bring all of their supply needs to ourselves. This includes a number of Mainstream Secondary Schools in Scarborough and Bridlington, Roman Catholic Primary Schools and an alternative learning provision in Scarborough Town Centre.
