A secondary school in the Dewsbury area is looking for strong behaviour specialists to support with the fantastic work that has been done in school so far this academic year. The school is looking for individuals who embrace challenge and are committed to developing the students academically, socially and emotionally. The school prides itself on being at the heart of the diverse community it serves.

To be successful in the role the applicant will:

  • Be confident and willing to throw yourself in to a range of tasks
  • Be motivational & innovative
  • Strong behaviour management is required
  • Team teach would be desirable but not working with

The secondary school are looking for strong behaviour specialists who have experience of supporting students with challenging, social and emotional behaviour. This may either be across the school amongst different classes or supporting students within their specialist behaviour unit.
