Teaching Personnel are currently looking for Autism specialist’s to support students with Autism in Slough.

This friendly and welcoming school requires a specialist who is able to support both verbal and non-verbal students aged from 3-19 years with various needs, such as PMLD, ASC, SEMH and SLD.

The school would like individuals to start as soon as possible (but would wait for someone on a notice period if needed) on a full time long term basis. The right candidate may be given the opportunity to become permanent if they successfully carry out their day to day role.

Ideally the school would like to have someone with knowledge and experience of working with pupils with Autism and ideally someone with the confidence to deal with challenging behaviour. Although the above are ideal the school would be willing to take on someone with little experience but keen to learn!

The role is Monday to Friday, 8.30 am – 3.30pm and you must be able to commit to these hours.

You will need to have a DBS registered to the update service or be prepared to get one through Teaching Personnel.
