Teaching Assistant required immediately working 1:1 with severe ASC pupil in Reception

  • The role will require you to liaise and work closely with the school SENCO
  • Competitive pay rates between £8.07 - £10.00 per hour
  • Do you have experience supporting pupils with severe ASC and challenging behaviour?

I am currently recruiting for SEN Teaching Assistant to join Primary School which fosters the self esteem and autonomy of each individual and which encourages him or her to benefit society so that both may be enriched and enhanced.

Our client is a one form entry school in Runcorn and serves a diverse community and number of pupils for whom English is an additional language is rising in school.

The role will be working 1:1 with a Reception pupil with severe ASC and challenging behaviour.

You will be supported and required to work closely with the LEA behaviour specialist

With a lot of dedication, commitment and hard work from the staff team and a newly appointed Headteacher, the staffing is now settled and the school is thriving.

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
