Teaching Personnel are working alongside many *Outstanding* and *Good* schools in the Ealing borough that are seeking experienced and passionate SEN Teaching Assistants. The Schools provide for students who have a range of Special Educational Needs including Moderate Learning Difficulties, Severe Learning Difficulties, Autistic Spectrum Disorders and Speech, Language and Communication Needs. An increasing number of students have Behaviour, Social and Emotional Difficulties in addition to their learning difficulties. Schools are looking for highly experienced, passionate and caring Teaching Assistants with the appropriate qualifications and training.

The Candidate:

•Excellent communication skills

•Excellent behaviour management

•Flexible and reliable

•Able to create a positive classroom environment

•Makaton Trained

•Autism Awareness trained

•PECS trained (desirable but not necessary)

•At least 3 months experience supporting children with learning difficulties
