Art Teacher

Job description

Teaching Personnel are working with modern, ambitious secondary school academy in Mapperley, Nottingham who wish to appoint a highly motivated and creative Art teacher from September 2020 on a full time basis, to cover a maternity leave.

The school works hard to make sure every pupil is achieving what they can, and pushing them to achieve the best of results. The school has been recognised by Ofsted for its welcoming and inclusive learning environment which supports pupils’ aspirations, and achieved a 'Good' status. The OFSTED report even highlights "the positive example set by the leadership team and teachers" in regards to its all inclusive ethos.

This role will pay between GBP130 and GBP150 per day.

The school is easily accessible from buses to Mapperley, as well as an on-site car park.

  • Able to demonstrate success in teaching Art to Key Stages 3 and 4 students of all abilities
