Art Teacher

Teaching Personnel are working with modern, 11-16 secondary school academy in Basford, Nottingham who wish to appoint a highly motivated and creative KS3 and KS4 Art teacher from September 2020 on a full-time basis.

The school works hard to make sure its core values are upheld, and that students are achieveing the best of results. The school has been recognised by Ofsted for its welcoming and inclusive learning environment which supports pupils’ aspirations, and praises the school on "pupils' spiritual, moral, social and cultural development".

This role will pay between GBP110 and GBP130 per day, and will include some Technology modules such as Graphics and possibly Food Tech! 

The school offers an on-site car park/bicycle lock-up, as well as local public transport routes.

To be successful you will be:

• An excellent classroom practitioner
• Able to demonstrate success in teaching Art to Key Stages 3 students of all abilities
• Able to teach KS3 Graphics and/or Food Tech
• Committed to achieving the very best outcomes for students
• Knowledge of the current National Curriculum
• Able to create a stimulating learning environment
• Passionate about teaching and learning
