£14.25 per hour
Full-Time | Term Time Only
Through Teaching Personnel
Teaching Personnel is seeking caring and dedicated SEN/ALN Teaching Assistants to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist learning provision attached to a secondary school in the Ammanford area.
The provision supports learners with a range of needs, including Autism (ASC), Social, Emotional and Mental Health (SEMH) needs, communication difficulties, learning difficulties, and anxiety-related challenges. Staff work closely with pupils to build confidence, independence, and engagement in learning.
What You'll Need:
✅ Experience working with children or young people (school, care, youth work, coaching, etc.)
✅ A patient, positive, and resilient attitude
✅ A passion for supporting learners with additional needs
✅ Enhanced DBS (or willingness to obtain one)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
