Teaching Personnel is recruiting caring, resilient and enthusiastic individuals to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN) including Autism (ASC), ADHD, communication difficulties, and social, emotional and mental health needs (SEMH) within a specialist educational setting in Llanelli.

Your Impact

As part of a dedicated support team, you will:

✅ Support pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis

✅ Help learners develop confidence, independence and essential life skills

✅ Support academic progress and engagement in lessons

✅ Encourage positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing

✅ Work closely with experienced teachers, therapists and specialist staff

What We're Looking For

✔ A positive, patient and proactive attitude

✔ A genuine passion for supporting children and young people

✔ Strong communication and relationship-building skills

✔ Experience working with children, young people or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential

✔ A willingness to obtain an Enhanced DBS Certificate

✔ Resilience, empathy and a desire to learn
