Teaching Personnel is seeking compassionate, enthusiastic and resilient individuals to support pupils with Additional Learning Needs (ALN), Autism (ASC), ADHD, communication needs and social, emotional and mental health needs within a specialist education setting in Llanelli.

What You'll Be Doing
✅ Supporting pupils on a 1:1 and small group basis
✅ Helping young people build confidence, independence and social skills
✅ Supporting learning both inside and outside the classroom
✅ Encouraging positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
✅ Working alongside experienced teachers and specialist staff

✔ A positive and patient attitude
✔ A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
✔ Strong communication skills
✔ Experience with children, young people or vulnerable adults is desirable but not essential

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
