School Administrative Assistant - Salford (M50)

We have a fantastic opportunity for an Administrative Assistant in a dynamic secondary SEN school located in Salford (M50). This role involves a diverse range of responsibilities crucial to the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Excellence: Manage reception duties, including welcoming visitors, handling calls, and addressing inquiries with a friendly and professional demeanour.
  • Organisation Guru: Efficiently handle filing and organization of documents to ensure a streamlined workflow.
  • Team Collaboration: Work seamlessly with team members, contributing to a cohesive and supportive working environment.
  • Tech Savvy: Manage computer systems (training provided if necessary) to enhance administrative efficiency.
  • Adaptable Administrative Support: Undertake other administrative tasks as required to contribute to the overall success of the school.

Requirements:

  • Administrative Experience: Previous administrative experience is desirable.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively in a team and communicate effectively.
  • Positive Professionalism: Maintain a positive and professional attitude in all interactions.
  • Full-Time Availability: Commitment to a full-time, temporary to permanent role.
  • Enhanced DBS: Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service will be required (can be obtained through Teaching Personnel).
