Administrative Assistant - Sale (M31)
Are you an organised, personable and efficient individual? An excellent opportunity has opened up for an Administrative Assistant in a well-established secondary SEN school located in Sale (M31). This role encompasses a range of responsibilities.
As an Administrative Assistant, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the smooth operation of the school's administrative functions. Responsibilities include handling receptionist duties, managing filing systems, answering calls, and providing a friendly and professional welcome to staff, visitors, and pupils. The ability to work collaboratively within a team is essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities:
- Receptionist duties, including welcoming visitors, answering calls, and directing inquiries.
- Efficient filing and organisation of documents.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure a cohesive and supportive working environment.
- Managing computer systems (training will be provided if necessary).
- Other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Previous administrative experience is desirable.
- Ability to work well in a team and communicate effectively.
- A positive and professional attitude.
- Availability for a full-time, temporary to permanent role.
- Enhanced Child Workforce DBS on the Update Service will be required (can be obtained through Teaching Personnel).
