School Administrator – Wavertree
Location: Wavertree, Liverpool

A well-regarded school in Wavertree, is seeking a proactive and professional School Administrator to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced administrator who enjoys working in a dynamic, education-focused environment.

The Role:
You will provide vital administrative support to ensure the smooth day-to-day running of the school. Duties will include:

• Acting as the first point of contact for parents, visitors and staff
• Managing calls, emails and general enquiries
• Maintaining pupil records and databases
• Supporting attendance monitoring and admissions administration
• Producing letters, reports and documentation
• Assisting with the coordination of school events and activities

The Ideal Candidate:

• Previous administration experience (school setting desirable but not essential)
• Strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organised, with the ability to prioritise workload
• Professional, approachable, and committed to delivering excellent service
