  • Full time position with excellent support in place from an established Admin team

Located just 30 minutes from the city centre of Sheffield on public transport, this is a large secondary school which is well-established in the local community. The school are currently going through a period of improvement and expect the direction of new leadership to help them improve their results and progress. The school is easily reached via many South Yorkshire routes, including connecting areas such as Rotherham, Chesterfield and Barnsley. The school is larger than the average secondary school with just under 1350 students currently on roll, though is oversubscribed in a majority of year groups.

Responsibilities of the position;

  • Signing all visitors in and out
  • Escorting visitors around the school when necessary
  • Answering the main switchboard
  • Message taking
  • Coordinating meetings and preparing paperwork
  • Photocopying
  • Preparing letters as well as all other school specific administrative tasks
