A positive and inspiring Year 6 Primary Teacher is required to teach ASAP at one of our Catholic schools based in Plymouth – not to far from the main City Centre.
From visiting the school I learnt that it is filled with warm and welcoming staff. The children are excited to learn and eager to progress in their learning. They have been taught to behave with respect and play a key role in creating an environment which celebrates independence. This school is keen to accommodate the best candidate who will make a positive impact on our school and standards.

Requirements for the school:
- Be support the strong catholic ethos, vision, values and aims of this school
- Support and monitor the overall progress and development of all children within your area of responsibility, including those with special educational needs
- To share in the development of the school curriculum, schemes of work, teaching materials, teaching programmes, methods of teaching and assessment and their review
- To support and contribute to the school’s responsibility for safeguarding children
- To attend INSET days and teaching and learning meetings when required
- Be committed to creating challenge, excitement, creativity and independence in learning
- Be dynamic, resilient and hard working with a positive nature
- Be able to work as part of a team and establish positive relationships with pupils, parents, governors and staff
All candidates require a Child Workforce DBS on the update service and 2 Graded references for teaching placements or positions.
