An inclusive and supportive primary school in Bracknell is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Year 6 Teacher for a maternity cover position starting in September 2025.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a welcoming Key Stage 2 team and play a vital role in preparing pupils for their transition to secondary school.

The Role:

• Full-time maternity cover in a well-resourced Year 6 class

• Delivering engaging and differentiated lessons across the curriculum

• Preparing pupils for end-of-Key-Stage assessments (SATs)

• Working collaboratively with colleagues, support staff, and SLT

• Supporting the academic and personal development of pupils

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)

• Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in Year 6

• Strong understanding of the national curriculum and SATs preparation

• A nurturing approach with high expectations for behaviour and learning

• Excellent communication and classroom management skills
