A Primary School in Burnley are looking to appoint an enthusiastic and driven Teacher to work in the current Year 5 Class. The position is to start straight away due to an unexpected leave of absence. The role consists of delivering high quality and engaging lessons which follow the National Curriculum. The Class is a mixed ability Class, due to this the Practitioner must be able to differentiate core subjects efficiently suiting the needs of all children.

The Head Teacher has noted she wants the successful practitioner to bring fun and vibrancy into the classroom. She has stated that the general behaviour of the school is 'Good', however, the Year 5 class are known to be a very diverse class with varying ability. There is a high amount of Pupil Premium children with a selection of the children requiring extra support for having Special Educational Needs. Strong Behaviour Management is crucial and the Head wants to appoint a Teacher who is spritely and dedicated to a career in Teaching.

The School is located outside of Burnley Town Centre and has easily accessible bus routes nearby if you do not drive, however, if you do drive, parking at the School is spacious. The position is Full time Monday to Friday, working 6.5 hours a day.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: ÂŁ100-ÂŁ130 per day (varies depending on experience)
