Job title: General Cover Teacher
Location: Gateshead
Start date: Easter 2026
Contract: Flexible (minimum two days per week)
Salary: £140-£160 a day (dependent on experience)

The Role:
- Creating an engaging and passionate classroom environment
- Delivering consistent pre-planned lessons to students ranging from KS3-KS4
- Manage classroom behaviour and student dynamics
Expectations:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
- Previous experience within a classroom
- Effective communication skills
- Ability to teach an array of different subjects, such as Maths and English

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
