Teaching Personnel is delighted to be working with a friendly and inclusive primary school in Rusholme that is seeking a dedicated Year 5 Teacher to join their team from September.

The Role

As the Year 5 Teacher, you will be responsible for delivering engaging and creative lessons that inspire pupils and support strong academic progress. You will work closely with colleagues to provide a stimulating and inclusive classroom environment, helping pupils develop confidence, independence, and a love of learning.

Key responsibilities include:

• Planning and delivering high-quality lessons in line with the National Curriculum
• Assessing and monitoring pupil progress to ensure positive outcomes
• Creating a positive and inclusive classroom culture
• Building strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues
• Contributing to the wider school community and school improvement initiatives

About You

The successful candidate will:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
• Have experience teaching within Key Stage 2
• Demonstrate strong classroom and behaviour management skills
• Be committed to raising standards and supporting pupil achievement
• Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Be enthusiastic, adaptable, and passionate about teaching
