The Role:
The role is to start in January on a full time basis. The successful candidate will be expected to provide quality support in line with the KS2 Curriculum framework, specifically targeting Maths, Reading and Writing skills. The position does have the longevity to continue until summer of 2017 and this is an excellent opportunity to make an impression amongst Senior Leaders in school who have contacts across the Halton area.
The School:
The school is one of the top performing Primary Schools within the Halton area, seeing children arrive in school who are working below expected levels and then by the time they leave are in line if not ahead of target. The school is located 1.5 miles outside the town centre and tends to have a mixed catchment area, with children arriving from Indian and Pakistani backgrounds as well as a number of children from white British backgrounds.
