Person Specification

You will be an assertive Year 4 NQT who can show a motivational and inspirational teaching style. The ideal individual should be able to work on their own, or well in a team and manage behaviour appropriately.

About the Role

This Year 4 NQT position involves taking on a curious Year 4 class of 32 pupils. Day-to-day, you will be delivering lessons with the full support and help from the HOD. The school has a genuine commitment to teacher development and CPD and can offer a complete training scheme that will put you in a great position for moving your career onwards. The interactive learning areas are available to all the teachers who have found it really helps create interesting lessons that students can really engage with. You will be provided with a fulltime Teaching Assistant and develop and progress your teaching skills by working alongside a Headteacher.
