Teacher Needed for Year 3 or 4 Class at Ofsted-Graded Good Primary School
Location: Cambridge (CB4)
Contract: Full-time, 2-Year Fixed Term

Are you a dedicated and passionate teacher seeking a new opportunity to inspire and educate students in Year 3 or 4? We are excited to announce a full-time, 2-year fixed-term position at a highly regarded Ofsted-graded Good Primary School in Cambridge.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, deliver, and assess engaging and challenging lessons aligned with the National Curriculum for students in Year 3 or 4.
- Create a supportive and inclusive learning environment that fosters curiosity, critical thinking, and a love of learning.
- Differentiate instruction to meet the diverse needs of students and promote their academic and personal growth.
- Collaborate with colleagues to develop and implement cross-curricular projects and initiatives that enhance the learning experience.
- Establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues to support student success and well-being.
- Utilize assessment data to monitor student progress, identify areas for improvement, and provide targeted support and intervention.
- Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practice and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
Essential Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) and experience teaching in a primary school setting.
- Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum and experience teaching Year 3 or 4 students.
- Excellent communication, organization, and classroom management skills.
- Commitment to creating a positive, respectful, and inclusive learning environment where all students feel valued and supported.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues, parents, and external stakeholders to promote student achievement and well-being.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- Experience teaching in Year 3 or 4 classes and familiarity with the specific needs and developmental characteristics of students in this age group.
- Ability to integrate technology and innovative teaching strategies into the curriculum to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
- Knowledge of assessment tools and strategies for monitoring student progress and informing instructional planning.
- Enthusiasm for professional growth and a willingness to engage in ongoing learning and development opportunities.
