Are you looking for a new role within a welcoming Primary School?

Then look no further….

Teaching Personnel are currently looking for a passionate, creative and well motivated class teacher on behalf of a one-form entry primary school in central Burnley. The school are looking for a dedicated and hard-working KS1 Teacher to join their close-knit team to work full time from Easter until December 2018. This role is to cover a long-term absence however the Head has mentioned that due to staffing restructures there may be an opportunity for a permanent role at the end of the placement.

This school was recently graded as GOOD during Ofsted and the Head is fully committed to the school and is supportive to staff. Due to the upcoming Y2 SATs, the school are doing everything they can to ensure each child reaches their maximum potential and achieves the best results they can. The Headteacher is committed to ensuring every child in the class receives the right support for the SATS. There is an experienced KS1 Teaching Assistant in the class who is well organised and will work well alongside the successful applicant.

NQT's and RQT's are welcome to apply for this post. A positive and open-minded attitude is essential. Teaching Personnel have various opportunities across Lancashire for Teachers and if you are looking for a February, April, May and even a September start please don't hesitate to get in touch!

All applicants will require the appropriate qualification and training for this role. For teacher roles, we require a formally recognised teaching qualification. For Support staff our minimum requirement is GCSE English & Maths (A-C) or equivalent.
