Key Stage 1 Teacher job in Bishop's Stortford

  • September Start - options for permanent roles at a later date
  • Good school by Ofsted
  • Large friendly team

Teaching Personnel are pleased to be working with with a lovely primary school in Bishop's Stortford who are currently looking for both Key Stage 1 and Key Stage 2 teachers to join their effective teaching team in September.

They are a large primary school based in a nice area of Bishop’s Stortford, with a 3 form entry in each year group. They are a friendly and sociable school with shared planning time and shared resources. They are a Good school judged by Ofsted, with good leadership and an approachable headteacher. The school does have very good behaviour also. They currently meet the government floor standards for English and Maths by Year 6.

As a school they believe in the right of all pupils to achieve their full potential. This means that they are continually asking questions about the way they deliver the curriculum and thinking of new and exciting ways to engage children in their learning. They want the children to enjoy the excitement of discovery and the enjoyment of knowing things whilst at primary school, so they set them up to be high achieving, well-rounded pupils.

Preferably, as the majority of schools do, want full-time teachers. However, they have also requested to see CVs of any part-time members of staff. This would also be for any Key Stage as they can re-allocate teachers if needs be.

Are you interested in this role or exploring more about this school? If so, can you please contact Sarah in Chelmsford office on 01245 206760 and send me your up to date CV.
