A primary school in Garstang (PR3) are seeking a full time, year 2 teacher to join their KS1 team on a full-time basis starting after October half term 2023. The school are looking to recruit a teacher who has experience working across KS1 and is able to adapt the curriculum to suit the diverse needs of all the children in the class. This two form entry primary school is dedicated to ensuring that all children ‘enjoy a broad and balanced primary education which encourages high levels of motivation to always give of their best’ and is looking for a dedicated teacher who is able to abide by this ethos at all times.
The Head Teacher is looking for a proactive KS1 teacher who is comfortable and confident with delivering all areas of the year 2 national curriculum. This full time, year 2 teacher post will be starting in October and will run up until the end of the academic year. The opportunity to work onto a school based contract may be possible for the right teacher.
To be considered for this position, you must:
- Have recent and relevant experience teaching in KS1
- Be comfortable and confident delivering the KS2 curriculum
- Be looking to enhance your career in a ‘GOOD’ Lancashire Primary school

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
