Year 4 Class Teacher – Full Time (Fixed Term Cover)

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Year 4 Class Teacher to join our welcoming mainstream, one-form-entry primary school in Preston. This is a full-time position to cover a planned absence, starting from September 2026.

The successful candidate will:
Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) in the UK.
Have proven experience teaching in Key Stage 1, ideally with a strong understanding of the Year 2 curriculum and assessment requirements.
Demonstrate a commitment to delivering high-quality teaching and learning that supports every child to thrive.
Be an effective communicator and team player, with a positive and reflective approach to their practice.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
