EYFS Teacher – Maternity Cover (Starting After February Half Term 2026)
Location: Blackpool, FY1
Contract: Full-time, Temporary (Maternity Cover)
Start Date: After February Half Term 2026
Teaching Personnel are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic EYFS Teacher to join a welcoming primary school in Blackpool (FY1) to cover a maternity leave. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive environment where every child’s learning journey matters.
The Role:
- Deliver engaging and creative lessons in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
- Foster a nurturing and stimulating classroom environment to support pupils’ development.
- Work collaboratively with staff and parents to ensure the best outcomes for children.
Requirements:
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
- Experience teaching in EYFS or KS1 is essential.
- Strong understanding of child development and early learning strategies.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
