The School do have a strong and consistent behaviour policy which is used effectively to ensure all the children work to their potential and no disruptive behaviour can affect this. The School currently holds a GOOD Ofsted grading across all areas; and OUTSTANDING for Leadership. This makes for a welcoming environment to any newcomer to the School. There is a genuine excitement around the School as they are now pushing for OUTSTANDING status.
The Role:
The Head teacher is seeking to employ a temporary Year 1 trained and experienced practitioner who can effectively build good working relationships with staff, children and their parents; raise standards in academic ability as well as social and communication skills; contribute to the wider School Community by leading an after school club and attending INSETs and staff meetings. This will be a full teaching role where you will be expected to plan, deliver and assess for all the children in your class and also partake in parents evening and pupil progress meetings.
