KS1 Teacher, Bletchley

Teaching Personnel are delighted to be working with a Primary School in Bletchley, Milton Keynes who require a KS1 teacher to start on a full time basis from January. This school are looking for an experienced teacher to work within their mixed year 1 and 2 class. The role is general class based teaching, and the successful applicant will be comfortable working with both lower and higher ability groups.

The school are currently going through a development stage, and all current staff members are working as a close team to improve this. It is essential that the successful applicant has a passion to raise expectations across the class as to how hard pupils should work and how they should behave. Therefore the school require an experienced classroom practitioner to work closely with the school to achieve these desired aims for their pupils.

The role;

-          KS1 teacher

-          January Start

-          Full time, on a temp to perm basis

-          GBP140 to GBP160 depending on experience

Essential qualifications and traits;

-          Teaching experience of 1 year or more

-          Flexible and adaptable approach to work

-          Confident classroom management skills

Desired traits;  

-          Confidence and ability to make professional and friendly working relationships with the pupils, their families and staff

-          Be organised, patient and confident

-          Be able to use effective communication
