Job description

The Role-Behaviour Support Worker

We are looking for a number of strong Support Workers who have experience with Challenging Behaviour. The ideal Behaviour Support Worker must have experience working with children with Autism and their needs. You'll be working with pupils across KS1, KS2 and secondry, carrying out interventions in in basic maths and English, levels and abilities may differ so you must be able to break down lessons. The successful Behaviour Support Worker must be patient, understanding and have a keen interest for progression.

The school is speered out over three sites and are wanting people who are happy to move around the sites.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay.
