Location: Cheadle Hulme & surrounding South Manchester areas
Contract Type: Full Time or Part Time

Teaching Personnel are seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Unqualified Teacher / Cover Supervisor to work across several secondary schools in South Manchester, with a particular focus on Cheadle Hulme. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who wants to gain experience in education, develop classroom management skills, and make a real difference to students’ learning.


What will you be doing?

  • Supervising classes during teacher absences and ensuring students remain on task.
  • Delivering pre-prepared lesson plans across a variety of subjects.
  • Managing classroom behaviour and promoting a positive learning environment.
  • Supporting students with their work and encouraging engagement.
  • Working closely with school staff to maintain high standards of teaching and learning.

  • Strong communication and organisational skills.
  • Confidence in managing groups of students.
  • A positive, proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
  • Previous experience working with young people.
