Job description

If you are a Tutor who has experience working with vulnerable pupils who present with Attachment Disorder, Mental Health Difficulties and anxiety, then we are here to help!

Despite the current circumstances, we are still continuing to recruit candidates ready for September 2020 when we are ehoping the schools will still be open.

We are also offering online tutoring for pupils in the meantime, utilising some fantastic tuition software.

Ideal candidates for this role will be:

  • Experienced tutors in core subjects of English, Maths, Science and Primary Key Stages
  • Experienced teachers with SEN experience, in particualr mental health and attachment disorder
  • Confident to teach cross-curricular subjects
  • Able to plan and deliver work independently
  • Able to liaise professionally with social workers, LAC officers, school staff, parents and carers
  • Competent at providing detailed weekly feedback reports which are sent directly to the Local Authority
  • Able to deal with safeguarding issues accordingly
  • Able to imput to EHCP's PEP meetingss and other professional meetingss where appropriate/required
