Reignite Learning in Hull – Join Us as a Secondary Tutor

Are you an experienced Secondary Teacher looking for flexibility without losing your purpose? We’re seeking Fully Qualified Teachers in Hull to deliver 1:1 tuition to students who need extra support — whether that’s due to learning gaps, anxiety, SEND, or missed classroom time.

Subjects in demand include English, Maths, Science, and Humanities — but all secondary specialisms are welcome.

What’s on offer:

  • £25–£30 per hour (paid via PAYE – no umbrella fees)

  • Fully flexible working – full or part-time

  • Driving licence beneficial, not essential

  • Consultant guidance every step of the way

We’re looking for:

  • QTS or QTLS (Secondary subject specialism)

  • Strong communication and behaviour management

  • Experience working with SEND or SEMH pupils preferred

  • Enhanced DBS and up-to-date safeguarding

  • Two recent references (within last 24 months)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
