 What the Role Involves

As a Trainee Teaching Assistant, you will:

  • Support pupils on a 1:1 or small-group basis.
  • Encourage independence, confidence, and positive social skills.
  • Work closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver engaging lessons.
  • Develop your classroom experience in a supportive and inclusive school environment.
  • Show reliability, empathy, and strong communication skills.
