Are you passionate about supporting young people in their education? We’re looking for a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in Cwmbran. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping students reach their full potential in both mainstream and SEN classroom settings.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- 
Support teachers in creating engaging and inclusive learning experiences 
- 
Provide one-to-one or small-group support to students with additional learning needs 
- 
Help maintain a positive, well-managed classroom environment 
- 
Encourage students’ academic, emotional, and social development 
- 
Assist in preparing learning resources and classroom materials 
What We’re Looking For:
- 
Right to work in the UK (Passport or Birth Certificate required) 
- 
Enhanced Child Only DBS Certificate (we can assist with your application if needed) 
- 
Education Workforce Council (EWC) registration – mandatory in Wales (we’ll help you register!) 
-
