The School and Job Teaching Personnel have a long standing relationship with this School in Redhill. The school has an average of 300 pupils on roll. The school is 3 form entry with an SEN unit to support their pupils with Special Educational Needs. These vary from Autism, ADHD and Multiple and Profound Learning Difficulties. The School has an in-house team of qualified therapists offering Speech and Language Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Sensory Integration.

You will be working as a Teaching Assistant responsible for supporting termly topics across both the SEN unit and the mainstream side of the school as a 1:1.

Minimum Requirements - Any relevant SEN/Autism experience or qualifications is desired, however not essential so please still apply. - A passion and enthusiasm to see pupils achieve their best potential - Dedication to the needs of all your pupils, working with other staff members to offer emotional and academic support - A Child Only DBS on the Update Service, or one done through Teaching Personnel - Good interpersonal skills and confidence - Punctual and reliable - Enjoys a challenge

Candidates are required to work full time 8.30am-15:30pm depending on training days.
