Job Title: Teaching Assistants
Location: West Midlands, Birmingham
Job Duties:
- Provide support to SEN children in the classroom
- Assist with individual and group activities under the direction of the teacher
- Help create a positive learning environment for all students
- Support children with autism and other special educational needs
- Implement PECs and team teach strategies as required
- Be flexible and adaptable in a fast-paced educational setting
Required Qualifications:
- GCSE qualifications in English, Maths, and Science
- Experience working with SEN children
Knowledge and Skills:
- Experience supporting children with autism
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Flexible and adaptable approach to work
- PECs trained
- Team teach trained
Preferred Qualifications:
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification
- Experience working in a similar role within a school setting
Working Conditions:
This is a temporary full-time position with a salary of £80 - £90 per day. The role involves working with SEN children in schools in Sutton Coldfield. The successful candidate must be able to work in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate flexibility and adaptability.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
