About the role:

• Support the class teacher with lesson planning, resource preparation, and classroom activities.
• Work with small groups and individual pupils to reinforce learning and promote engagement.
• Help pupils develop positive social and behavioural skills by modelling a respectful and encouraging attitude.
• Assist with general administrative tasks such as photocopying, filing, and organising classroom materials.
• Support pupils with additional needs through targeted interventions and group work.

The Ideal Candidate:

•  Enthusiastic individuals with a genuine interest in working with children.
• Strong communication skills and a positive, proactive attitude.
• Previous experience working with children (formal or informal) is desirable but not essential.
• A willingness to learn and grow within a supportive school environment.
